Hill, Zoning Administrator <br />Case #2386 - Lot coverage variance for second-story rear addition, at 7308 Amherst, Eric <br />Roberts <br />Mr. Eric Roberts requested a variance of §34-31.5(b) of the University City Zoning Code in order <br />to construct a a second-story rear addition that will increase lot coverage above the limit of 30%. <br />The variance was approved by a vote of 5 to 0 with the condition that the addition match the plans <br />submitted for the variance application. <br />m-5-15.adj <br />
