Hill, Zoning Administrator <br />Case #2392 - Side yard variance for air conditioner unit at 7228 Lindell, Anne and Jim Fugel <br />Anne and Jim Fugel requested a variance of §34-55.1(4)(c) to erect an air conditioning unit that will <br />encroach 1 foot 3 inches into the required 2 foot setback at 7228 Lindell. The variance was granted <br />by a vote of 4 to 0. <br />
