Hill, Zoning Administrator <br />Case #2398 - Front yard variance for fence/wall at 7393-7399 Pershing (odd), Pershing Jackson <br />Properties, LLC <br />Pershing Properties, LLC represented by Barry Pessin and Larry Greenberg requested a variance of <br />§34-61.2.1(a) of the University City Zoning Code to erect a fence in the front yard that will encroach <br />20 feet into the 30 foot required setback at 7393-7399 Pershing (odd).
