Hill, Zoning Administrator <br />Case #2400 - Appeal of Zoning Administrator’s decision that proposed sign is limited to 22' <br />in height, in the alternative sign variance for a sign over 22' in height at 6630 Delmar, <br />Commerce Bank <br />Commerce Bank represented by Laura K. Rebbe, Attorney requested an appeal of the Zoning <br />Administrator’s decision that a proposed sign is limited 22' in height. The appeal denied by a vote <br />3 (yea) to 1 (nay). In the alternative the applicant requested a variance of §34-106.2.4 of the <br />University City Zoning Code to erect a sign that at its highest point is 31 feet, 1.5 inches.
