Hill, Zoning Administrator <br />Case #2405 - Lot size variance for two-family dwelling at 7340 Amherst, Chris T. Moore <br />Chris T. Moore requested a variance of §34-31.5(1)(a) of the University City Zoning Code to <br />construct a two-family dwelling on a lot below the minimum lot size at 7340 Amherst. The variance <br />was approved by a vote of 5 to 0. <br />Case #2406 - Side yard variance for two duplexes at 519 and 521 North & South, The Manlin <br />Co. <br />Mark Manlin appeared on behalf of the Manlin Co. and requested a variance of §34-31.5 of the <br />University City Zoning Code to keep two duplexes that encroach 2 inches into the required 5 foot <br />side yards at 519 and 521 North & South.
