Hill, Zoning Administrator <br />Case #2411 - Rear yard variance for addition to single family dwelling at 7211 Westmoreland, <br />William and Susan Meehan <br />William and Susan Meehan requested a variance of §34-30.5(2)(a)(3) of the University City Zoning <br />Code to erect an addition to the rear of a single family dwelling that will encroach 19 feet 10 inches <br />into the 30 foot required rear yard setback at 7211 Westmoreland. The variance was approved by <br />a vote of 5 to 0. <br />Case #2412 - Rear yard variance for addition to single family dwelling at 7300 Stanford, Jim <br />Little <br />Jim Little requested a variance of §34-30.5(2)(a)(3) of the University City Zoning Code to erect an <br />addition to the rear of a single family dwelling that will encroach 8 feet into the 30 foot required rear <br />yard setback at 7300 Stanford. The variance was approved by a vote of 5 to 0. <br />Case #2405 - Extension of lot size variance for two-family dwelling at 7340 Amherst, Michael <br />Vigdorchik <br />Michael Vigdorchik, requested an extension of the previously granted lot size variance for 7340 <br />Amherst.
