Hill, Zoning Administrator <br /> <br />Case #2416 – lot area variance for two-family dwelling at 7039 Amherst <br /> <br /> <br />Comhome, LTD., represented by American Gray, Inc., requested a variance of Section <br />34-31.5.1(a)(1) of the Zoning Code in order to construct a 2 family dwelling on lot with less than <br />6000 square feet of lot area (4000 square feet) at 7039 Amherst. The variance was approved by a <br />vote of 5 to 0 with all members voting yes (to approve the variance). <br />A@ <br /> <br />Case #2408 – six month extension for previously granted variance, 8501 Olive <br /> <br /> <br />Eric Huang, 8501 Olive as that the lot size variance be approved for a six month extension.
