Hill, Zoning Administrator <br />Case #2417 - Lot size, front yard and parking variance for expanded business at 899 Longacre, <br />Wyncrest Holding, Inc. <br />Wyncrest Holding, Inc. requested a variance of §34-32.5 and 34-94.2 of the University City Zoning Code <br />to expand an existing building on a 6,819 square-foot lot (required minimum lot size is 20,000 square <br />feet), with a right-of-way setback of five feet (required setback is 20 feet) and not providing any off-street <br />parking on the lot. The variance was approved by a vote of 5 to 0. <br />Case #2418 - Lot size variance for new two-family dwelling at 7348 Dartmouth, Robert Winters <br />Robert Winters requested a variance of §34-31.5 of the University City Zoning Code to construct a two- <br />family dwelling on a 3,999 square-foot lot (required lot size is 6,000 square feet). The variance was <br />approved by a vote of 5 to 0. <br />Case #2419 - Lot width variance for new single-family at 1406 Waldron, Barbara Heise of <br />Residential Consultants, LCC <br />Barbara Heise requested a variance §34-30.5(1)(a)(2) of the University City Zoning Code to construct <br />a single-family dwelling on a lot measuring 48.51 feet wide at the building line (required lot width at the <br />building line is 50 feet). The variance was approved by a vote of 5 to 0 with the following conditions: <br />(1) The building must be set back far enough so that there is a lot width of 50' at the front and (2) the <br />application shall be submitted to University City Public Works for review and approval.
