Hill, Zoning Administrator <br /> <br />Case #2420 – rear yard variance for addition at 8059 Teasdale <br /> <br /> <br />Kathryn Pierce, 8059 Teasdale requested a variance of Section 34-30.5 of the Zoning Code in order <br />to erect an addition to the residence that will encroach 9’ into the required 30’ rear yard at 8059 <br />Teasdale.
