Hill, Zoning Administrator <br /> <br />Case #2423 - sign variance for business without street frontage at 8503 Delmar (8505 Delmar, Ste. <br />G) <br /> <br /> <br />Lynn Ricci, representing Paul Azzara of the Alliance Francais requested a variance of Section 34-106.2 <br />of the Zoning Code in order to erect a primary sign at 8503 Delmar even though the business has no <br />street frontage along Delmar. The business address is 8505 Delmar, Ste. G. The variance was approved <br />by a vote of 5 to 0 with all members voting yes (to approve the variance). <br />A@ <br /> <br />Case #2424 – side yard variance for deck at 7126 Pershing) <br /> <br /> <br />Peter Kastor, 7126 Pershing requested a variance of Section 3434-56.2(4) of the Zoning Code in order <br />to erect a deck that will encroach 5’ into the 5’ required side yard.
