Hill, Zoning Administrator <br />Case #2425 - side yard variance for garage at 7465 Amherst <br />Sue Zeilstra requested a variance of Section 34-56.2(4) of the Zoning Code in order to construct a garage <br />that will encroach four feet into the five foot required side yard at 7465 Amherst.
