Hill, Zoning Administrator <br />Case #2426 - rear yard variance for garage at 6331 Waterman <br />Donald Kuhl requested a variance of Section 34-56.2 of the Zoning Code in order to construct a garage <br />that will encroach two feet into the five foot required rear yard at 6331 Waterman. The variance was <br />approved by a vote of 5 to 0 with all members voting “yes” (to approve the variance). <br />Case #2427 - lot width and lot area variances for single family dwelling at 6523 Bartmer <br />The Meyer Company requested a variance of Sections 34-53 and 34-30.5 of the Zoning Code in order <br />to construct a single family dwelling on a lot that is 30 feet wide (37 ½ feet is required) and on a lot that <br />has an area of 4,380 square feet (4,500 square feet is required) at 6523 Bartmer.
