Hill, Zoning Administrator <br />Case #2429 - rear yard variance for addition at 418 Mission <br />Richard Yackey requested a variance of Section 34-30.5(2)(a)(3) of the Zoning Code in order to expand <br />the rear of the house in the kitchen area that will encroach 18 feet into the 30 foot required rear yard at <br />6336 Westminster Place.
