Hill, Zoning Administrator <br />Case #2432 - lot width variance for new home at 8522 Varney <br />34-30.5(1)(a)(2) and 34-53 of the University City Zoning <br />Alex Dinstin requested variance of Section <br />Code which requires a minimum lot width of 37.5 feet and the lot’s width is 30 feet wide <br /> at 8522 <br />Varney.
