The <br />meeting commenced at 7:30 p.m. <br />Members PresentMembers Absent <br />David Neiers, Chairperson Melissa Kreishman <br />Tim MichelsEric Benson Reese, Second Alternate <br />John Solodar Mary Tonkin, Third Alternate <br />Staff Present <br />Raymond Reckamp <br />Mary Johnson, First AlternateFrank B. Hill, Zoning Administrator <br />Case #2433 - side and rear yard variances for garage at 517 Midvale <br />William Varnum and Jane Exler requested variance of Section 34-56.2 of the Zoning Code in order to <br />construct a garage that will encroach 2 feet into the 5 foot required side and rear setbacks at 517 Midvale. <br />The variance was approved by a vote of 5 to 0 with all members voting “yes” (to approve the variance). <br />Q:\WPOFFICE\WPDATA\M-2003-09-17.ADJ.wpd <br />
