Hill, Zoning Administrator <br />Re <br />:Board of Adjustment Meeting <br />October 15, 2003 <br />A Board of Adjustment meeting was held on in the E.O.C. room of City Hall. The <br />meeting commenced at 7:30 p.m. <br />Members PresentMembers Absent <br />David Neiers, Chairperson Mary Johnson, First Alternate <br />Tim Michels Eric Benson Reese, Second Alternate <br />Melissa Kreishman Mary Tonkin, Third Alternate <br />Staff Present <br />John Solodar <br />Raymond Reckamp Frank B. Hill, Zoning Administrator <br />Case #2434 - side yard setback variance for bathroom addition at 7850 Stanford <br />Joseph Krutzch requested variance of Section 34-55.4 of the Zoning Code in order to construct a <br />bathroom addition to their home that will encroach 10' into the 15' required side yard at 7850 Stanford. <br />The variance was approved by a vote of 5 to 0 with all members voting “yes” (to approve the variance). <br />Case #2435 - lot size, front and side setback and parking placement variances for new commercial <br />building at 8501 Olive <br />Eric Huang requested variances of Sections 34-36 of the Zoning Code in order to construct a new <br />commercial building on a lot that is less than the minimum lot size of 12,500 square feet (7,114 square <br />feet), will have a right-of-way setback along Olive of 5.4' (15 feet required), a right-of-way setback along <br />Sheridan of 19' and will have parking up to the alley line to the north at 8501 Olive.
