Hill, Zoning Administrator <br />Case #2436 - lot size and lot width variances for four-family dwelling at 8001 Delmar <br />Northpark Development represented by Ned Amos requested variances of Sections 34-32.5 and 34-57 <br />of the Zoning Code in order to construct a four-family dwelling on property that is less than the minimum <br />lot size of 20,000 square feet (7,700 square feet) and is less than the minimum lot width of 100 feet (55 <br />feet) at 8001 Delmar.
