Hill, Zoning Administrator <br />Case #2438 - side yard variance for carport at 7064 Melrose <br />Mr. And Mrs. Porter Watkins requested a variance of Section 34-56.2(2) of the Zoning Code in order to <br />construct a carport that will encroach 5 feet into the 5 foot required side yard at 7064 Melrose.
