Hill, Zoning Administrator <br />Case #P040037 - lot area, lot width and side yard variances at 837 Westgate <br />Highland Homes requested variances of Section 34-57.2(3)(a)(1) of the Zoning Code in order to <br />construct a building on a lot with less than 20,000 square feet of lot area (approximately 5880 square <br />feet), Section 34-57.2(3)(a)(2) of the Zoning Code in order to construct a building on a lot with less than <br />100 feet of width (42 foot width) and Section 34-57(3)(e)(5) of the Zoning Code in order to construct <br />a building that will encroach 10 feet into the 15 foot required side yard at 837 Westgate.
