Hill, Zoning Administrator <br />Case #P040051 - Side yard variance for garage at 6278 Cates <br />Caroleena Van den Berk requested a variance of Section 34-56.2(4) of the University City Zoning Code <br />to keep an existing garage built without a permit at 6278 Cates. The garage encroaches up to 4 feet into <br />the required 5 foot side yard setback.
