Hill, Zoning Administrator <br />Case #P050012 - parking requirement variance for business at 559 North and South <br />Dewey’s Pizza represented by John P. King and Eric Schmitt, attorneys requested a variance of Section <br />34-94.2 of the Zoning Code in order reduce their portion of the required parking from 31 spaces to 28 <br />spaces at 559 North and South. The variance was approved by a vote of 5 to 0 with all members voting <br />“yes” (to approve the variance) with the condition that the variance does not apply to any other use, that <br />the square footage of the dining area may not exceed 1450 square feet and that the additional 15 off-site <br />parking spaces must be retained throughout the variance use. <br />Q:\WPOFFICE\WPDATA\M-2005-06-01.ADJ.wpd <br />
