Hill, Zoning Administrator <br />Case #P050023 - lot area, lot width and side yard variances for apartment building at 6404 Cates <br />Highland Homes requested variances of Sections 34-57.2(3)(a)(1), 34-57.2(3)(a)(2) and 34-57.2(3)(e)(5) <br />of the Zoning Code in order to construct a 4 story, 8 unit garden apartment building on a lot that is <br />10,175 square feet (minimum lot size is 20,000 square feet), 80 feet wide (minimum lot width is 100 feet) <br />and will have a side yard setback of 5 feet (minium side yard setback is 15 feet) at 6404 Cates.
