Hill, Zoning Administrator <br />Case #P050029 - side yard variance for apartment building at 900 McKnight and 910 McKnight <br />Dost-Carrol Corporation requested a variance of Section 34-57.2(3)(e)(3) of the Zoning Code in order <br />to construct an 18 unit multi-family building that will encroach 25 feet into the 25 foot required property <br />line setback at 900 and 910 McKnight.
