Hill, Zoning Administrator <br />Case #P050036 - rear yard, lot area, lot width, right-of-way set back and side yard variances for <br />apartment building at 722 Limit <br />Highland Homes, requested variances of Section 34-56.2(1); 34-57.3(3)(a)(1); 34-57.3(3)(b); 34- <br />57.3(3)(c)(1) and 34-57.3(3)(c)(3) of the Zoning Code in order to construct a five story 15 unit <br />condominium apartment building that will encroach 2 feet into the 5 foot required rear yard for the <br />parking garage; be built upon a 12,668 square foot lot (minimum required lot area is 20,000 square feet); <br />have a lot width of 122 feet and a lot depth of 145 feet (150 feet required); encroach 10 feet into the 30 <br />foot required right-of-way setback and encroach 19 feet into the 25 foot side yard setback at 722 Limit <br />(northeast corner of Limit and Clemens). Marlo Brais, 7233 Cambridge and her son, John Abbott <br />(owners of 718 Limit) testified as members of the public and voiced several concerns. <br />The Board decided to continue the hearing for up to 60 days to allow the applicants and members of the <br />public to come to terms on certain issues.
