Hill, Zoning Administrator <br />Case #P050042 - side yard and rear yard variances for garage at 236 Linden <br />Pat Whitaker and Dick Miles requested variances of Sections 34-56.2(2) and (3) of the Zoning Code in <br />order to construct a garage that will encroach five feet into the required five foot side yard and four feet <br />into the five foot required rear yard at 236 Linden. The variances were approved by a vote of 4 (to <br />approve the variances) to 0 (to deny the variance) with all members voting “yes.” <br />Case #P060051 - side yard and rear yard variances for garage at 6416 Cates <br />Highland Homes requested variances of Sections 34-57.2(3)(a)(1), 34-57.2(3)(a)(2) and 34-57.2(3)(e)(5) <br />of the Zoning Code in order to construct a four story four family building with a lot size of 5,703 square <br />feet (20,000 square feet is required in the HR district), a lot width of 45 feet (100 feet is required in the <br />HR district) and a minimum side yard setback of 5 feet (15 feet is required in the HR district) at 6416 <br />Cates.
