Hill, Zoning Administrator <br />Appointment of Acting Chairperson <br />Mr. Solodar was chosen to act as Chairperson. <br />P060070 <br />Case # - Front yard variance for fence, 7298 Westmoreland <br />Martha and Steve Sigel requested a variance of Section 34-61.2 of the University City Zoning Code in <br />order to construct a four foot high fence in the front yard at 7298 Westmoreland. The variance was <br />denied by a vote of 3 to 2 with Mr. Michels, Mr. Solodar and Mr. Reese voting “yes” (to approve) and <br />Ms. Johnson and Mr. Krivonak voting “no” (to deny).
