Hill, Zoning Administrator <br />P060098 <br />Case # - Lot Area, Lot Width and Side Yard Setback variances for apartment building at <br />6327, 6401 and 6405 Cates <br />34-57.3(3)(a)(1), 34-57.3(3)(b) <br />Highland Homes, 6311 Bartmer Ind. Dr. requested variances of Sections <br />and 34-57.3(3)(c)(3) <br />of the University City Zoning Code in order to a 3 story, 20 dwelling unit apartment <br />building on a lot with an area of 19,712 square feet - 16,741 square feet to easement (30,000 square feet <br />required), with a lot width of 120 feet (150 required) and with a side yard setback of 5 feet (25 feet <br />required) at 6327, 6401 and 6405 Cates.
