Hill, Zoning Administrator <br />Case #P007001 - Side and rear yard setbacks, 720 Westgate <br />Westgate 720 LLC, represented by John Napoli, 5004 Cardinal Place, High Ridge, MO 63049, requested <br />variances of Sections 34-33.5 and 34-57.2 of the University City Zoning Code in order to construct a <br />garage that will encroach 8.5 feet into the required 10 foot side yard setback on north side, 6.5 feet into <br />the required 10 foot side yard setback on the south side yard and 1.5 feet into the required 10 foot rear <br />yard setback on the east side at 720 Westgate.
