Hill, Zoning Administrator <br /> <br />Case # P007024 – Street and property line setback variances for telecommunications tower, 8643 <br />Olive <br /> <br />US Cellular c/o Cellective Solutions, LLC, 1816 Lackland Hills Pkwy, Ste. 400, St. Louis, MO 63132 <br />requested a variance of Section 34-64.4(2)(c) of the Zoning Code in order to construct a disguised <br />telecommunications tower (flagpole design) that will encroach 50’ into the required setback from the <br />street and encroach 90’ into the 200’ required setback from the property line to the west (from property <br />located in the “PA” – Public Activity District). Craig S. Biesterfeld, Attorney, 720 Olive St., Ste 2400 <br />63101; Tim Renaud, Project Manager, 6556 Dale Ave. 63139 and Russel Been, Site Acquisition <br />Consultant, 1816 Lackland Hills Parkway, Ste 400 63146 appeared and testified on behalf of the <br />applicant. Frank B. Hill, Zoning Administrator appeared and testified on behalf of the City. Dorothy <br />Doyle, 6334 Pershing; Sandra Lowe, 7425 Teasdale; Kay Drey, 515 West Point, Linda Fried, 7623 <br />Stanford and James McKay, 8600 Elmore appeared and testified as members of the public.
