Hill, Zoning Administrator <br /> <br />Case # P007038 – Side yard setback variance for garage, 6935 Amherst <br /> <br />Marius Janson, 6935 Amherst, requested a variance of Section Sections 34-30.5 and 34-56.2(1) of the <br />Zoning Code in order to construct a garage that will encroach 4 feet into the 5 foot required side yard at <br />6935 Amherst. Margaret Mooney, attorney, 714 Locust 63109 appeared on behalf of the applicant. <br />Audrey Matthews, 6939 Amherst stated she was in favor of the variance.
