Hill, Zoning Administrator <br /> <br />Case #P080001 – Required Off-Street Parking variance, 6627 Clemens <br /> <br />Dennis Lutsky, 25 Southmoor, Clayton, MO 63105, requested a variance of Section 34-94.2 of the <br />Zoning Code in order to return the building located at 6627 Clemens to its original configuration of four <br />one-bedroom units (requiring six parking spaces) from its existing configuration of two one-bedroom <br />and one three-bedroom units (only requiring five parking spaces) where only four parking spaces exist. <br />Michael Lutsky, son of the owner, appeared on behalf of the applicant.
