Discuss proposed additions and alterations <br />and make a recommendation to Community Development staff. <br /> <br />3. 6306 Pershing Avenue (within Parkview Historic District) – Proposed <br />alteration includes replacing existing shed-style roof dormer with gable- <br />style roof dormer. Other additions and alterations to rear of house include <br />garage demolition, patio, deck, and stairway additions, and enlarging of <br />rd <br />the 3 story.
