Moved by Walter Daniels <br />that they be approved. Seconded by Peter Steuterman. Motion carried. May 6, <br />2004 minutes were approved as amended (revisions to May 6, 2004 minutes <br />regarding Trivers report). Moved by Peter Steuterman and seconded by John <br />McDonnell. Motion carried. <br /> <br /> <br />a.It is important that the notations be readable in the University City – City <br />Hall Restoration Study. <br /> <br />b.Section 14 - add introduction and explanation for design concept. <br /> <br /> <br />3.University City Library Addition – 6701 Delmar <br /> <br />The chief librarian (Linda Ballard) presented the application for new lighting <br />adjacent to the library. It was moved by Walter Daniels and seconded by Peter <br />Steuterman that the lighting concept be approved as submitted. Motion approved. <br /> <br />John McDonnell raised a concern about the location of the “no guns” sign of the <br />entrance of the library. Linda Ballard, Chief Librarian, representing the library <br />asked the opinion of the Historic Preservation Commission about changing the <br />current brick sidewalks. The Historic Preservation Commission urged Ms. <br />Ballard to consider other options in addition to the brick. <br /> <br /> <br />4.6350 Pershing Avenue <br /> <br />Application was reviewed as submitted. It was moved by Walter Daniels and <br />seconded by Peter Steuterman that the application for replacing windows be <br />approved. Motion carried. <br /> <br /> <br />
