<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Historic Preservation Commission <br />January 18, 2005 Meeting <br />Minutes <br /> <br /> <br />Present: <br /> <br />Susan Bowser, Chairperson <br />John McDonnell <br />Stefany Brot <br />Jen Jensen <br />Peter Steuterman <br />Lehman Walker, Staff Liaison <br />Ralph Bowser, President of Historical Society <br />Don Koppy, Trivers & Associates <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />1.Meeting commenced at 7:35pm. <br /> <br /> <br />2.Don Koppy, Trivers & Associates presented two alternative proposed window <br />panes for the windows as part of the City Hall Restoration Project. There was <br />considerable discussion. Samples of the window were to be left with Lehman <br />Walker for commission members to review at their leisure. <br /> <br /> <br />3.Sutter–Meyer House. Lehman Walker indicated that Mr. Gregory Polanik has <br />been retained by the City of University City to conduct a thorough assessment <br />of the Sutter-Meyer House. <br /> <br /> <br />4.Meeting adjourned at 8:45pm. <br /> <br /> <br />
