Meeting commenced at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />2. 236 Linden <br /> <br />Ms. Megan Magrallah for ARCTURIS Architectural Firm presented <br />the concept for the renovation and addition to the existing historic <br />home. <br /> <br />- Current house is 1800 square feet. The addition will be <br />approximately 1800 square doubling the size of the house. The <br />addition is for the rear and side of the house. <br /> <br />Moved by Ron Heise that the general concept be approved. <br />Seconded by Walter Daniels. Motion carried.
