Motion carried. <br /> <br />3. 15 Princeton <br /> <br />Discussion ensued regarding the proposed renovation of 15 <br />Princeton. The owner committed to submitting a financial <br />commitment letter from a financial institution indicating the securing of <br />funds to start and finish this project. A pro forma also is to be <br />submitted by the owner. <br /> <br />Commission members also requested that the architect provide <br />additional information for the next meeting addressing: <br /> <br />1.
