<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />4. applicant is to return with ready to review construction <br />documents for the Historic Preservation Commission. <br /> <br />5. 6916 Amherst Avenue <br /> <br />Mr. Hebling presented the proposal for this address. Moved by Peter <br />Steuterman and seconded by Darlene Davison the concept be <br />approved as submitted. Motion carried. <br /> <br />6. Linden-Kingsbury Historic Standards <br /> <br />Ms. Mary Gardner Russe spoke on behalf of the Linden-Kingsbury <br />Historic District. She requested that the Historic Preservation <br />Commission adhere to district standards. She requested that 236 <br />Linden Avenue be reviewed to ensure that the construction was <br />according to the plans approved by the Commission. <br /> <br />7. 15 Princeton <br /> <br />Debbie Purvis, the owner, indicated that financing approval was <br />contingent upon approval of the plan. Moved by Mhondi Ghasedi and <br />seconded by Ed Nickels that: <br /> <br />a. Plan be approved and submitted subject to an acceptable <br />letter of financing being submitted by January 16, 2007. <br />b. Any changes are to be resubmitted to the Historic <br />Preservation Commission before review. <br />c. Lehman Walker to review and approve schedule for <br />construction time table. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Peter Steuterman was opposed. Mr. Paul Schoomer <br />spoke on behalf of the subdivision trustees and indicated support for <br />the plans subject to a completion bond. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> 2 <br /> <br />
