Meeting commenced at 7:00 p.m. <br /> <br />2. Minutes of previous meeting approved. Moved by Susan Bowser. <br />Seconded by Jen Jensen. Motion carried. <br /> <br />3. 236 Linden <br /> <br />The Historic Preservation Commission had previously approved the plans. <br />During construction there were changes in the plans that had been previously <br />approved by the Historic Preservation Commission and the Department of <br />Community Development. The owner’s architect explained the reasons for <br />changes to the windows and front door. The concern is that the owner was <br />not doing what they indicated to the Historic Preservation Commission with <br />particular reference to the front door and windows. In particular, the front <br />door is different from the one approved by the Historic Preservation <br />Commission and the Department of Community Development. <br /> <br /> 1 <br /> <br />
