Meeting commenced at 7:00 p.m. <br /> <br />2. Moved by Ron Heise that the minutes of the previous meeting be <br />approved. Seconded by Darlene Davidson. Motion carried. <br /> <br />3. Lehman Walker advised the Commission that Mary Ann Shaw has <br />declined to have the centennial garden named for her. <br /> <br />4. Harriet Woods Civic Plaza Proposal <br /> <br />Harriet Woods Civic Plaza Proposal was approved by the Historic <br />Preservation Commission. Moved by Ron Heise. Seconded by Darlene <br />Davidson. Motion carried. Voted by proxy Jen Jensen and Mondi Ghasedi. <br /> <br />5. Meeting adjourned at 7:25 p.m. <br /> <br />
