Meeting commenced at 7:00 p.m. <br /> <br />2. Minutes of previous meeting were approved. Moved by Ron Heise. Seconded <br />by Walter Daniels. Motion carried. <br /> <br />3. Plaza In Front Post Office <br /> <br />Ms. Ethel Sherman presented a request to put a flat layer of wood chip mulch under the <br />sculpture and remove the grasses in front of the plaza in front of the post office. Ms. <br />Sherman will maintain the site if she is allowed to take out the grass as her proposal <br />requests. She has also agreed to set up a trust fund for all future maintenance. Also, <br />the crab tree in front of the post office is not well maintained. She is willing to pay for it <br />to be replaced by an oak tree. <br /> <br />Moved by Mondi Ghasedi to support the request of Ms. Sherman as outlined in the <br />attached. Seconded by Walter Daniels. Motion carried. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br />
