Meeting commenced at 7:05 pm. <br /> <br />2. Minutes of previous meeting (February 18, 2010) were accepted. <br /> <br />3. 6826 Chamberlain Court (Sutter Meyer House Historic Landmark) – The <br />project was introduced by applicant Bill Chilton, representing the Sutter <br />Meyer Society. Proposed additions and alterations include the front <br />porch, installation of a wheelchair ramp, asphalt removal, installation of a <br />planting bed, removal of a window well and basement window restoration. <br />All work is to be done by an Eagle Scout candidate. <br /> <br />Questions/Comments from the Commission and responses from the <br />applicant: <br />- Why installation of the flower bed? Applicant: It is designed to prevent <br />the installation of hand rails along the ramp and also to prevent tripping <br />over the ramp by providing a physical barrier between the asphalt of <br />the driveway and the porch. <br />- What is the timeframe of the project? Applicant: As soon as possible. <br /> <br />A motion was made by Ms. Ghasedi to recommend approval of the <br />application for 6826 Chamberlain Court. The motion was seconded by Mr. <br />Smith.
