<br />INFILL REVIEW BOARD <br />Minutes <br />(Draft Version Until Officially Approved by the Board) <br />August 27, 2007 <br /> <br /> <br />The Infill Review Board held their meeting in the EOC Room, located in the basement of City <br />Hall, 6801 Delmar, University City, Missouri on August 27, 2007. The meeting commenced at <br />6:30 p.m. with Chairperson Sanders presiding. <br /> <br />Members Present Members Absent <br /> <br />Donald Mills James Ford <br />Jerry Breakstone <br />Cameron Sanders <br />Robert Little <br />Arnold Kendall <br />Harley Smith <br /> <br />Council Liaisons Present <br />: Stefany Brot, Councilperson <br /> <br />Staff Present: <br /> Frank Hill, Zoning Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />Hearing: New House 523 Westview <br /> <br />Mr. Glenn Henke, 8116 Teasdale, proposed to build a new house at 523 Westview. The <br />applicant previously obtained permission this board, Plan Commission and City Council to <br />subdivide two lots into three lots at the previous addresses of 519 and 527 Westview, thereby <br />creating three lots now known as 519, 523 and 527 Westview. Approval by this board was <br />granted to build a house at 527 Westview on April 17, 2007. <br /> <br />This application involved a proposal for a new house to be constructed at 523 Westview, the <br />middle lot of the three. The approval process for the third proposed house at 519 Westview was <br />not at issue here and will go through the Infill Review Board process if and when that house is <br />proposed. Mr. Henke gave an overview of the proposal. <br /> <br />Joan Botwinick - 511 Westview, Nancy Sachar - 844 Lafon and Patrick Marle - 549 Westview <br />spoke as members of the public. <br /> <br />Mr. Breakstone moved to close the public portion of the meeting. The motion was seconded Mr. <br />Kendall and passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Mr. Sanders moved that the application be approved and that Chairman Sanders will write a <br />report to the Council. Mr. Mills seconded the motion and it was approved unanimously. It was <br />agreed that the developer had met all code requirements and answered all questions made by the <br />immediate neighbors. <br /> <br />
