Explanation of Draft Minutes
:

Due to the irregular manner that the Infill Review Board meets (only upon the submission of a
citizen petition concerning construction of a new home or subdivision for the same) the minutes
from any particular meeting may remain in “draft” form for an unspecified period of time until
the Board reconvenes and officially approves them.

For example, the minutes for the April 25, 2006 meeting were officially approved by the Board
but not until their next meeting (which was on March 26, 2007). Said minutes are set forth here
in their finalized form.

However, the minutes for the March 26, 2007, April 17, 2007 and August 27, 2007 meetings are
in draft form here. The board’s secretary had not finalized drafting of the first two sets of
minutes mentioned above (March 26, 2007 and April 17, 2007) as of the last convening of the
board on August 27, 2007 (and the minutes for that last meeting were drafted after that meeting
occurred). Even though all three sets of those minutes have subsequently been drafted by the
secretary, the board has not convened since then. The draft versions of those three sets of
minutes are set forth here. They will be voted on at the next convening of the Board, when that
occurs.

If you have questions on this or need further clarification, please contact me at (314) 505-8501.

Frank B.
