<br />. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />PLAN COMMISSION <br /> <br />Minutes <br /> <br />January 8, 1986 <br /> <br />The Plan Commission of University City held its regular meeting in the <br />Second Floor Conference Room of City Hall on Wednesday, January 8, 1986, <br />convening at 7:39 p.m. with Chairman Esley Hamilton presiding. <br /> <br />ATTENDANCE <br /> <br />Voting Members Present: <br /> <br />Voting Members Absent: <br /> <br />Mary Cook <br />Esley Hamilton <br />Matthew P. McCauley <br />Canice T. Rice, Jr. <br />Mary Schuman <br />Booker T. Washington <br /> <br />Michael Kennedy (excused) <br /> <br />Staff present: Frank Ollendorff, City Manager; Al Goldman, Director of <br />Planning; Mary Fahey, Exp.cutive Director, University City Redevelopment <br />Authority; and Sarah Elwood, Zoning Administrator. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />The following corrections were made to the minutes of December 18, 1985: <br /> <br />The third sentence of the first paragraph on page 2 was corrected to read: <br />"Files from the past 28 years revealed no successful attempt to rezone <br />residential parcels for commercial use along Delmar Boulevard." The second <br />paragraph on page 2 was deleted. On page 4, a new paragraph was inserted <br />before the first full paragraph reading: "Ms Cook left at 8:30 p.m." On <br />page 7, condition #1 of the McKnight Village proposal was changed to read: <br />"Agreement is reached between the developer and the city for direct <br />vehicular access to Delmar from the site via a public street." The last word <br />in condition #5 was changed from "homes" to "rooms." In the third line of <br />condition #6, "10" was changed to "20." On page 8 in the first line of <br />condition #13, the word "design" was changed to its correct spelling. <br /> <br />There being no further corrections, Mr. McCauley moved that the minutes of <br />the December 18, 1985, meeting be approved as corrected. The motion was <br />seconded by Mr. Washington and passed by a vote of 5-0. <br /> <br />Ms Cook arrived at 7:45 p.m. <br /> <br />PROPOSAL FOR A SPECIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT ABUTTING THE CITY OF CLAYTON <br /> <br />Chairman Hamilton stated that the draft of the proposal for a Special <br />Development District had been held over from the meeting of December 18, <br />1985.
