<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Minutes - Plan Commission <br />Page 7 <br />January 8, 1986 <br /> <br />Mr. Rice made a second motion that the Plan Commission recommend rezoning of <br />parcel 2a of the University Court Urban Renewal Plan from "HR"-High Density <br />Residential to "IC"-Industrial Commercial. Mr. McCauley seconded the <br />motions which passed by a vote of 5-0. <br /> <br />SCHEDULING OF ELECTION OF OFFICERS OF PLAN COMMISSION <br /> <br />Chairman Hamilton noted that according to the bylaws of the Plan Commission <br />of University City, it was time to schedule the election of new officers for <br />1986. Mr. McCauley made a motion that the Plan Commission schedule an <br />election of officers at the next scheduled meeting on February 26, 1986 at <br />7:30 p.m. Mr. Rice seconded the motion which passed by a vote of 5-0. <br /> <br />OTHER BUSINESS <br /> <br />Mr. Ollendorff noted that in order for Mr. Paul Londe's proposal to be <br />considered for rezoning to "PD"-Development District, the Plan Commission <br />would have to recommend same to City Council. Mr. McCauley made a motion <br />that the parcel at 500 North and South be rezoned from "SR"-Single Family <br />Residential to "PD"-Planned Development. Mr. Rice seconded the motion which <br />passed by a vote of 5-0. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Ms Schuman made a motion that the meeting be adjourned. Mr. McCauley <br />seconded the motion which passed by a vote of 5-0. The meeting adjourned at <br />10:55 p.m. <br />
