Rice, Jr.
Joseph L. Adams, Jr., Council Liaison
Al Goldman, Director of Planning

The Comprehensive Plan sections regarding Population, Personal
Security, Infrastructure, and Neighborhood Character were reviewed.

Chairman Hamilton set the date for the public hearing on the
Comprehensive Plan for Wednesday evening, October 29, 1986, since
it appeared that the regular Plan Commission meeting scheduled for
October 22, 1986, will have a full agenda. It was suggested that
the hearing be held at the Community Center, if possible, and that
efforts be made to encourage good citizen attendance and
participation.
