<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Minutes - Plan Commission <br />Page 6 <br />May 25, 1988 <br /> <br />3. Fire hydrants shall be provided as required by the Fire Marshal. <br />4. A tree planting plan shall be submitted for street tree planting with <br />tree species, size and spacing subject to the approval of the City <br />Forester. <br />5. Additional off-street parking other than that provided on the plan shall <br />be provided within the subdivision. <br /> <br />Mr. Marsh seconded the motion which passed by a vote of 4-0. <br /> <br />OTHER BUSINESS <br /> <br />Mr. Adams reviewed recent City Council actions for Plan Commission members. He <br />stated that the single family home proposal for the Hanley Jr. High site had been <br />approved by the City Council; however, the site plan application for a different <br />portion of the same project had been rejected because of the the amount of commercial <br />use proposed. He explained that the Westover Center development had been approved <br />with an amendment for location of the freestanding grocery store on the western <br />portion of the site. A number of bills referred to the City Council by the Plan <br />Commission had been introduced. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />The meeting adjourned at 10:00 p.m. <br />
