<br />Plan Commission M~es <br />September 26, 1990 <br />Page 6 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />pended in anyone calendar year, they would be distributed <br />proportionately by tax rates to all local taxing districts. <br /> <br />After several questions about the use of TIF in other areas of <br />Olive and the use of the state's Special Business District <br />provisions for business district renovation, Mr. Marsh moved that <br />the Plan commission adopt the following: <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on August 30, 1990, the Tax Increment Financing <br />Commission of University City, Missouri, referred the proposed <br />Olive Boulevard East Tax Increment Finance District Redevelopment <br />Plan to the City Plan Commission for its review for conformance <br />with the 1986 Comprehensive Plan for the City of University City. <br />Missouri; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its regular meeting on September 26, 1990, the <br />City Plan Commission did review the proposed Redevelopment Plan in <br />combination with the 1986 Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY PLAN COMMISSION OF <br />THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the proposed Olive Boulevard East Tax <br />Increment Finance District Redevelopment Plan is consistent with <br />the 1986 Comprehensive Plan for the city of University City. <br />Missouri. <br /> <br />The motion was seconded by Ms. Ratner and the Resolution was passed <br />by a vote of 6-0. <br /> <br />REOUEST FOR SUBDIVISION - THE VILLAGE OF UNIVERSITY PLACE. PLAT 3. <br />FINAL PLAT <br /> <br />Chairperson Kreishman had been informed that the developer of <br />University Place, Richards Bruno, would not be present for his <br />request for final plat approval for Plat 3 because he was called <br />out of town. Chairperson Kreishman asked Ms. Elwood if the <br />Commission could go ahead with consideration of the Plat in any <br />event and also asked her to review the proposed plat for Commission <br />members. <br /> <br />Ms. Elwood stated that Planning staff had no objections to <br />proceeding with Record Plat approyal of Plat 3. The Plat appeared <br />to conform with all requirements of the City's subdivision <br />ordinance, Chapter 29 of the Municipal Code. Ms. Elwood reviewed <br />the requirements for common ground and detailed what area of the <br />subdivision remained which has not yet been final platted. After <br />a brief discussion, Mr. Safe moved that the Plan Commission approve <br />Plat 3 of The Village of University Place. Mr. Marsh seconded the <br />motion which passed by a vote of 6-0. <br />
