Signs shall be in strict compliance with the provisions of the University City Sign Code. 2. The operator shall regularly police the area adjacent to the carry-out restaurant to remove litter generated by the restaurant. 3. This permit is granted to the applicant, Shawn Jacobs dba Cicero's Restaurant. If the applicant discontinues as the principal operator or use of this conditional use, this permit shall be null and void. 4. Delivery vehicles shall not block the through traffic in the alley south of the restaurant at any time. 5. There shall be no double parking on Melville at any time for the purpose of picking up food. 6. The impact of food delivery service on traffic, parking, and other neighborhood facilities shall be monitored by the City and the operator shall hereby agree to restrict or eliminate the delivery service from the restaurant operation if the City determines, after a public hearing, that it causes a negative impact on the neighborhood. The motion was seconded by Mr. Foxworth and passed by a vote of 4- o. APPLICATION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #294 - CARRY-OUT BARBECUE RESTAURANT AT 6985 OLIVE BOULEVARD Ms. Elwood stated that the applicants for this Conditional Use Permit, Roderick and Virginia Bell, had requested that consideration of their application be postponed to a later date. DISCUSSION OF STANDARD CONDITIONS FOR CONDITIONAL USES AND SITE PLAN REVIEWS Chairperson Kreishman suggested that discussion of this agenda item be postponed until the Commission's next meeting. OTHER BUSINESS Councilmember Price informed members that the public hearing for the rezoning proposal by Sandlian Investment Co. for the eastern 4.5 acres of the Mercy High School site would be held by the City Council on Monday, April 1, 1991.
