<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />PLAN COMMISSION <br />Minutes <br />January 27, 1993 <br /> <br />The Plan Commission held its regular meeting in the E.O.C. room located in the basement at <br />City Hall, 6801 Delmar Boulevard, University City, Missouri on January 27, 1993. The <br />meeting commenced at 7:35 p.m. with Chairperson Melissa Kreishman presiding. <br /> <br />Voting Members Present <br />Melissa Kreishman, Chairperson <br />Stephen P. Marsh, Vice Chairperson <br />Arnold J. Kendall <br />Carl Safe <br />Andrea Ratner <br />Thomas E. Kahn <br /> <br />V oting Members Absent <br />Charles Foxworth <br /> <br />Council Member Present: Mary Schuman, Council Liaison <br />Staff present: Al Goldman, Director of Planning and Frank B. Hill, Zoning Administrator <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />Chairperson Kreishman stated that the Commission would now consider approval of the minutes <br />from the November 24, 1992 meeting. Ms. Ratner stated that the word "is" should be removed <br />from the fourth sentence of sixth paragraph on page 1. Mr. Safe moved for approval of the <br />November 24, 1992 minutes as amended. The motion was seconded by Mr. Marsh and passed <br />by a vote of 6 - O. <br /> <br />Hearing for Resubdivision of Lots 26, 27 & 28 of Desoto Place (the three lots located west <br />of 6547 Plymouth) <br /> <br />Chairperson Kreishman informed those present that the Plan Commission had scheduled the <br />hearing on an application from George and Elizabeth Fields, 6546 Julian, represented by <br />Developer, Jerry Meyer, for resubdivision of Lots 26, 27 & 28 of Desoto Place (the three lots <br />located west of 6547 Plymouth). The Chairperson outlined the Commission's procedures and <br />criteria for reviewing resubdivision applications and called for testimony from the applicant. <br /> <br />Developer, Jerry Meyer, 16211 Bent Tree, Chesterfield, Missouri 63005, representing the <br />owners, George and Elizabeth Fields, appeared. Mr. Meyer presented the Commission members <br />with a revised copy of the proposed survey of the resubdivision. Mr. Meyer stated that the three <br />lots are located in the 6500 block of Plymouth. He wishes to combine the lots into two <br />buildable lots. He will then purchase the lots from the Fields and build two single family <br />homes. The homes will have approximately 1000 square feet, 3 bedrooms, partial brick fronts <br />and gabled roofs. In response to the Staff recommendation the building lines were moved back <br />from 20' to 25'. He stated that he wished to begin construction in June of 1993. <br />
